I lost my beautiful baby not so long ago, I was looking for something where I could keep some of his beautiful fur and found this urn. I sent the picture and got a very fast response, Jessica was kind and very sweet. I loved the customer service, my urn arrived really fast and the picture looks absolutely amazing. Beautiful quality frame that will be lovingly filled with memories of our Aussie Shepherd. The glass urns are perfect to hang in the frame with cuttings of pets coats or some ashes or other small memories, along side a great hook/space for collars. Very emotional to open and see a lovely photo printed and placed in memory. Worth every penny.
