Yes, we offer a range of expedited delivery methods, depending on which country you are from. For a quote and estimated delivery times, please add items to basket. 

I’m sorry to hear that your item hasn’t arrived, please check which delivery method you chose at time of purchase and the estimated delivery time. If it has been the maximum allocated time, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.

If you are purchasing an item which can be personalised or engraved, simply provide the engraving details in the note to seller at checkout. 

We can engrave many different things depending on the size of the item you want engraving. If you have a design in mind, please get in touch and send us some pictures or describe what it is that you want. We will create you a design preview before engraving your item, we will work with you to create your perfect design.

Aswell as creating your memorial frame, we professionally print and mount your chosen picture for you. To send us your photo, either use the contact form and upload your photo or simply send it to our email address: yewleafwishes@gmail.com

Yes, If you are wanting to mount your photo yourself, please let us know either in the note to seller when ordering or through email or our contact form. This will allow us to process your order properly and will avoid any delays.

If you choose this option, we will provide you with ivory card and adhesive tabs, so you can mount your photo. We will also leave the plaque unmounted, so you can position it as per the size of your photo.
